These are by far the best allergen friendly cookies we have tried.  My son refers to them as "heaven cookies" because they taste that good.  You can find them in some retailers or order directly from Cybele's website.  Cookies are free from the top 8 allergens and taste amazing.  Enjoy and please share feedback.

Finding allergen-friendly, fun, grab-and-go snacks can be challenging.  My go to for chocolate, cookies, lentil chips  and more is Enjoy Life Foods.   While I miss their direct selling method and their baked goods, I can still find some of my favorites online.

Without question, FARE, the Food Allergy Resources and Education group has been invaluable to my journey as a food allergy parent. Their site has more resources than any other including:

• What to do if you or your child is diagnosed

• How to live safely with food allergies

• How to help advocate for food allergies

• Latest in food allergy research and news

• How to navigate food allergies in work, school and life in general

This site is also great to send to family, friends, co-workers - anyone you want to understand the journey and to be empowered.
